Garden club members enjoyed a delightful program, Treasures of a Bygone Era, presented by Franz Hellwig of Gretna Louisiana. Members were able to bring in their treasures for viewing and appraisal. Of course no Garden Club meeting is complete without a beautiful table presentation and wonderful treats.
Now is the time to plant spring flowering trees and shrubs such as fringe trees, redbuds, azaleas, spirea and Mexican plums.
