Tanglewood Garden Club kicked off the year with a wonderful coffee that welcomed new and returning members as well as other Tanglewood neighbors. Belinda Oelman opened her beautiful home to over a 100 ladies. Chairing the event was Kelli Mize and her fabulous committee-providing tasty food and great hospitality.

On April 1-4 about 30 of our Garden Club members flew west to “Blaze the Trails” in Santa Fe, New Mexico. Not only did they walk the Santa Fe Trail but they toured museums, galleries, local scenery (even with the snow) and attended Santa Fe Cooking School. Of course any of our trips has members […]
Members were treated to a most enlightening day learning about the historical elements of Houston by visiting the Founders, Beth Isreal and Glenwood Cemeteries. Jim Parsons entertained members with stories and giving us behind the scene information about many of Houston’s most prominent families.
